Las uvas de Pinot noir utilizadas en la elaboración de Cœur de Nature proceden de parcelas cultivadas con los principios de la viticultura sostenible localizados, en su mayoría, en Côte des Bar. Con este champagne totalmente ecológico, la prestigiosa casa Devaux muestra su visión de futuro hacia una producción de máxima calidad y respetuosa con el medioambiente. El carácter de la Pinot noir y el 30% de vinos de reserva en el ensamblaje final dan vida a un espumoso fresco y, a la vez, intenso y profundo. Un estilo perfecto para acompañar recetas con vieiras, foie, quesos o con chocolate.

With an almost pink hue in its straw colour, the wine shows its blanc de noirs nature. The nose is wonderfully fruit-driven, showing notes of Red Delicious apple and ripe, yellow stone fruit. These notions are bedded in a sense of creaminess that continues onto the palate. The body is fresh, crisp and slender, yet shows the generosity and roundness of Champagne’s south while fine, smooth bubbles drive the fruit even further forward. A lovely style that is as suited to aperitif as it is to lighter meals.
From Côte des Bar cooperative winery Devaux comes this organic, 100% Pinot Noir Champagne that's fresh and bright, with zippy crunchy crab apple, white blossom, lemon verbena, red cherry and oat biscuit characters. Tasty, frothy mousse fills the mouth and ebbs away into a light bitter finish. 6g/L.
