Opinión de los críticos
Gran Reserva wines are rare here, and they have only produced a handful of them, so I was very happy to taste the 2007 Gran Reserva, a traditional wine with a little more acidity. This comes from their La Moraleja vineyard that was planted over 60 years ago in Elciego, Tempranillo that fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts and long macerations. The wine matured in American and French oak barrels for 24 months and has been in bottle since 2012. It's clean and harmonious, still young and with a nice sense of harmony; it's evolving quite slowly and feels younger. The palate reveals very fine, abundant chalky tannins and a supple finish with some cigar ash and forest floor flavors tingling on the finish. 5,000 bottles produced. - Luis Gutiérrez.
