Raimond Usseglio elabora este tinto con Garnacha procedente tanto de Châteauneuf de Pape como de Lirac. El este y el oeste del Ródano se unen en una creación única con crianza en tinas de terracota toscana, valorada por The Wine Advocate con 96 puntos. Perfil tremendamente frutal en el que destacan las notas a cerezas y arándanos y un gusto profundo y largo.

For the 2017 Vin de France le Creation Usseglio combined Grenache from Châteauneuf du Pape and Lirac, maturing the wines in terracotta. The result is a full-bodied wine with oodles of mixed cherry and blueberry fruit. It's silky and long, a pure delight to drink for its sheer deliciousness and hedonism. Like the other limited-edition wines from Usseglio, only 3,000 bottles were produced.
Based on 100% Grenache, the 2017 Vin De France Creation boasts a rocking nose of black fruits, melted licorice, crushed violets, and peppery herbs. Medium to full-bodied, ripe, and opulent on the palate, it’s an incredibly sexy, full-throttle, yet balanced Grenache that has tons of character. Count me in as a fan. I also suspect it will be a smoking value.
Domaine Raymond Usseglio fue creado por el abuelo Francis Usseglio, un inmigrante italiano que salió en 1931 de Piamonte para escapar de la dictadura italiana.
