Descripción
Una verdadera joya. El suelo sobre el que se asienta el viñedo de Garnacha es de arena granítica tan fina que parece arena de playa. De este paraje tan particular apenas han salido 641 botellas de un tinto que se muestra tan elegante como poderoso.

"The 2015 La Danza del Viento La Isilla is the second bottling of this Garnacha from an extremely old vineyard that was harvested on September 11th with slightly higher yields as the vines are still recovering from being abandoned. In 2015 they got 1,100 kilos of grapes per hectare, which fermented in full clusters and matured in one 500-liter oak barrel for one year. They reckon there is some 2% Cariñena grapes in here. This is simply superb, floral and perfumed, with incredible elegance but with power. The tannins are fine and elegant, and the palate is terribly balanced. You cannot notice the heat of the year in this bottle. Unfortunately, only 641 bottles were filled in December 2016. Production figures should grow a little in the future; as the vines keep recovering, they replace missing vines and get more grapes."
Todo empezó en una viña, cuando David, uno de los componentes de 4monos, oriundo de Cadalso de los Vidrios vio el potencial que tenía para producir un gran vino.

Estruturado, inmensa sutileza, y un desarrollo propio de un buen borgoña.
Decepcionante, sin cuerpo, falto de matices, de los peores vinos que he probado, sino el peor.Me parece alucinante el precio y la puntuación
