Descripción
Verdejo certificado ecológico por el Consejo de Agricultura Ecológica de Castilla y León (CAECYL) con fermentación con su propia levadura y una crianza sobre lías durante unos meses. Un vino que despunta entre los blancos castellanoleoneses que está presente en las barras de alguno de los restaurantes más potentes del país.

The 2018 Verdejo is now certified organic and sold as Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León, but it's produced with grapes cultivated within the limits of the Rueda appellation. It comes from 12-year-old vines, and it fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and was kept with fine lees for a couple of months. It has a clean and varietal nose like the Verdejo from yesteryear, with notes of quince and hay and a soft, tasty and balanced palate with the characteristic bitter twist on the finish. It should age nicely in bottle, as evidenced by the 2011 I tasted next to it. 130,000 bottles produced.
