Expresivo, elegante, intenso y eterno, este es uno de los Cabernet sauvignon más icónicos de California. Su nombre hace referencia a una palabra latina que significa "muchos", para dar buena cuenta de todos los factores que tienen lugar en la elaboración del vino: clima, suelo, personas... En cada botella se puede disfrutar de toda su intensidad y concentración, de la que se espera además una extraordinaria evolución en botella.

Expresiva, profunda, intensa y seductora. Predominan los aromas distintivos
torrefactos, de resina y de bayas oscuras.
Boca
Exótica, energética, con capas de taninos suaves y flexibles. Es como si el tiempo se hubiera acelerado y ralentizado a la vez, permitiéndonos apreciar, en un mismo instante, la juventud del vino y la madurez de las cepas.
Temperatura de servicio
Se recomienda servir a 16 ºC.

Hasta 2052 si se conserva en óptimas condiciones.

Opinión de los críticos

The Wine Advocate:

From a vineyard located on Spring Mountain, the 2018 Pluribus (a barrel sample) reveals a deep garnet-purple. Youthfully reticent, it needs a fair bit of coaxing to reveal gorgeous notions of wild blueberries, ripe black plums and warm cassis plus hints of tilled earth, truffles, menthol and tobacco leaf. The full-bodied palate is densely packed with tightly wound black and blue fruit layers, supported by firm, grainy tannins and great tension, finishing very long with loads of earthy/savory sparks.

James Suckling:

Tight and focused, dusty tannins to this full-to medium-bodied red with a focal point in the palate that shows blackcurrants, conifer and dark earth. Chewy and tight. Long finish, but rather reserved now. Drink from 2025.

Jeb Dunnuck:

Black fruits, blueberries, smoked tobacco, iron, bay leaf, and Asian spice notes emerge from the 2018 Pluribus, which comes from more volcanic soils halfway up Spring Mountain. It offers full-bodied richness, a structured, deep, concentrated mouthfeel, terrific mid-palate, and one heck of a great finish. While the other releases here have some up-front appeal, this needs to be hidden for 4-5 years and will cruise for 20-30 years as well.
