Descripción
Procedente de viñedos viejos de Monastrell cultivados de forma ecológica en la zona de Fontanars dels Alforins, pequeña localidad del suroeste de Valencia. Su creador es Rafael Cambra, quien borda este personal tinto que destaca por su boca fresca y sabrosa y una explosiva nariz de frutas rojas y especias dulces.

The pure Monastrell 2021 Uno was produced with grapes from ungrafted, 60-year-old vines on limestone and clay soils that deliver very low yields. It has a very varietal profile, true to the place. It fermented in open vats with 30% stems added to the vat, and the wine matured in a 5,000-liter oak vat and 500-liter barrels. It has an expressive nose with ripeness, 14% alcohol, which means good development of aromas and flavors, and it keeps very good freshness, with Mediterranean flavors and the dry, chalky tannins.
