Perrier Jouët Blanc de Blancs es un champagne que rinde homenaje a la vibrante frescura del Chardonnay, desenfrenado y floral pero a su vez delicado. El séptimo maestro bodeguero de Perrier-Jouët, Hervé Deschamps, ha escogido exclusivamente el Chardonnay para elaborarlo. Se inspiró en el espíritu pionero de la casa y dos siglos de experiencia con esta variedad. Ideal para regalo por su presentación en una atractiva caja ecológica diseñada con fibras naturales y tintas y colas sin aceites minerales, totalmente reciclables.

En nariz, aparecen los aromas a flores salvajes, baya de saúco, acacia y madreselva, que se entrelazan con las delicadas y vibrantes notas de fruta cítrica.

Elegante equilibro de la frescura mineral y la vitalidad floral.

65 hectares.
Vinificación
A un coupage de Chardonnays seleccionados de entre los mejores terroirs de toda la región, Hervé Deschamps añade un toque de vinos de reserva (hasta un 15%) y aplica una dosificación ligera de 8 g/l, obteniendo un vino que baila con frescura, ligereza y vitalidad.

The latest release of Perrier-Joët's NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is charming and expressive, bursting from the glass with aromas of crisp yellow orchard fruit, pear, white flowers and subtle hints of buttered toast. Medium to full-bodied, elegant and fine-boned, its pretty core of fruit is girdled by succulent acids, concluding with a delicately chalky finish.

The Wine Advocate:

Some exotic candied apple, lemon and papaya aromas here, with a faint toasty and gently reductive nose, too. The palate has a smooth, sorbet-like ball of creamy lemon and nectarine fruit flavor. Bright and appealing. Extremely fresh. Drink now.

Hervé is, with reason, very proud of the two monovarietal Chardonnays that he has introduced to Perrier Jouët, one at each end of his career. Now in its third tirage, with 2015 the latest base year, the Blanc de Blancs fits effortlessly into the range; flowers, patisserie and gentle spice all standing out to betray pedigree of provenance, with both Avize and Cramant significant in their contribution.
