Descripción
Nos encontramos ante el rosado joven de Bodegas Antídoto. El clima atípico de esta añada se ha plasmado en una nariz muy abierta y en unos taninos finos y ligeros, que sumados a su frescura y sus aromas florales y de fruta roja característicos, vuelven a hacer de Roselito uno de los riberas más atractivos en su categoría.

Opinión de los críticos
Roselito is the cheaper of the two rosés - by a factor of five - from Bodegas Antídoto, but it's not far behind its big brother in terms of quality. Made from co-fermented Tinto Fino and 30% Albillo Mayor, with ageing on lees in stainless steel for 40 days, it has vibrant acidity and layers of pomegranate, hibiscus and wild strawberry. 2024-26
The very young and slightly reductive rosé 2023 Roselito comes from a (slightly) cooler year than 2023 and was produced with the classical blend of Albillo and Tempranillo. It has an onion-skin color and a ripe nose that reflects its 14.67% alcohol. Both varieties were pressed together, and the juice fermented in stainless steel at low temperature to keep the fresh aromas. 35,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2024. Give it a little time in bottle before pulling the cork.
Pale- to medium-salmon hue. Stones, dried herbs, cherry pits and bitter grapefruit. Limpid and fluid, this has medium to full body and a dry finish with some more dried herbs. Nice phenolic bitterness in the finish. 70% tempranillo and 30% albillo. Direct press. Drink now.
