Opinión de los críticos
The eponymous white blend 2023 Coto de Gomariz was produced with a blend of 70% Treixadura and the rest Godello, Albariño and Loureira from different plots in the village with different soils. The grapes fermented separately, with the wine from their O Figueiral and Barreiro vineyards matured in 500- and 600-liter oak barrels for 10 months. It has 13.2% alcohol and a pH of 3.32 with 5.66 grams of acidity. It's serious, balanced and herbal, with some floral notes, elegant and subtle. The palate reveals clean flavors and is dry and tasty with a faint bitterness in the finish. 50,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2024 on a flower day. - Luis Gutiérrez.
