Els Presseguers es el nombre de la pequeña viña que Francesc Pascual cuida y mima desde 1994. En ella, la Xarel·lo madura lentamente siguiendo los principios del cultivo biodinámico hasta que se vendimia durante la tarde y se transporta a la bodega, L'Enclós de Peralba. Aquí, las manos expertas de Leo y Roc Gramona esculpen un blanco en el que transmiten la riqueza del antiguo Penedès. Mínima intervención que otorga un vino fresco, equilibrado y muy mediterráneo.

A medley of orchard fruits on the nose: yellow apples and juicy, ripe pears with lemon and a light hint of fennel. Spending nine months in 500-litre French oak, this is an exercise in elegance. Wonderfully rounded in texture yet also subtly driven by the persistent acidity that makes Xarel·lo so moreish. A slight savoury twist to the long finish. Delicious.
The 2021 Els Presseguers is pure Xarel.lo from a vineyard in Gelida planted in 1993 and worked biodynamically by grower Francesc Pascual, who is mentioned on the label. This was their first wine in 2018, and they like the vineyard very much, which is at some 400 meters in altitude and with a north exposition. The wine has notes of peach, and it's very intense and characteristic, with a round palate, 12.4% alcohol and very good acidity. It's very complete, fresh and balanced, clean and very impressive. Fresh and Mediterranean. It fermented and matured in 500-liter barrels and concrete eggs. 3,289 bottles were filled in June 2022.
