Opinión de los críticos
The entry level is the 2022 Tabuca, the village Garnacha from their vineyards that average 40 years of age. The wine showcases the exuberant, perfumed and ripe, hedonistic profile of the vintage. It fermented in open vats and matured in used 500-liter oak barrels for 10 months. It has good ripeness without excess at 14.5% alcohol with good freshness noted by the pH of 3.28. The oak feels neatly integrated. It follows the path of 2021 and keeps the freshness and poise in a warmer and drier year. 9,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2023.
Racy strawberries with wild Mediterranean herbs and hints of figs and hot stones. A very composed and elegant expression with firm, dusty tannins carrying the medium-to-full-bodied palate to a deliciously spicy finish. Excellent balance between freshness and ripeness. Drink or hold.

Personalmente no acaban de gustarme mucho, los tintos que hay que enfriar más de lo normal. Y no es barato.
