Opinión de los críticos
There's something so refreshingly simple and bright about this blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Petit Manseng and 10% Semillon (with a little splash of Traminer). The Fattoria le Pupille 2022 Poggio Argentato is the ideal companion to an afternoon spent outdoors. Elisabetta Geppetti says she didn't want to join the popular Vermentino bandwagon and instead opted for this France-inspired blend in order to capture floral tones, drying mineral nuances and crunchy stone fruit from chalky soils. The wine offers all that and a delicate hint of Tahitian flower or plumeria. The vineyards are elevated enough to protect from the heat but also capture the cooling sea breezes. The Sauvignon Blanc adds tropical tones and pyrazines, and the Petit Manseng offers texture and richness. You can't ask for more at this price point.
A field blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, Gewurztraminer and Semillon, this is an intense and juicy white with a sweet core of pineapple, peach, citrus and tropical fruits surrounded by flecks of salt and herbs, and freshened by bright acidity. A moreish wine which should repay some short-term ageing.
Fresh and grassy with hints of sliced limes. Medium body. Crunchy. 60% sauvignon blanc, 30% petit manseng, and 10% semillon. Drink now.
