Descripción

Elaborado íntegramente con Listán blanco, este vino procede únicamente de una barrica de 500 litros. Muy exclusivo, pues apenas salen 650 botellas al mercado. Lleno de finura, tan maduro como vibrante a la vez que fresco.

The Wine Advocate:

I also tasted the 2020 Sortevera Blanco, which, at 12.5%, was a full 1% less in alcohol than the 2019, and it has a low pH of 3.05 and close to seven grams of acidity. It's from one single 500-liter oak barrel, where the wine fermented and matured for 10 months. This is sold without appellation of origin. There is a lot more finesse here and a jump in quality from the previous vintage; there is more contained ripeness, and it's a more vibrant, fresher and more defined wine. 650 bottles were filled in August 2021.
